Rusolovo PJSC and Rosprirodnadzor enter into agreement for counselling at investment project implementations
Moscow – 16 September 2022. Rusolovo PJSC (MOEX: ROLO) (‘Rusolovo’ or the ‘Company’) and the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources (Rosprirodnadzor) entered into an agreement for counselling at investment project implementations. The subject matter of the agreement is implementation of the Pilot Project for the development of mechanisms necessary for interaction between Rosprirodnadzor (and its subordinate organisations) and stakeholders from among corporate entities and sole proprietors, conduct of necessary expert reviews, analyses and examinations as part of the experiment.
Counselling will be performed by sending a reasoned opinion to Rosprirodnadzor on issues related to compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the correctness of calculation of an adverse environmental impact fee and environmental charge.
The parties will interact, among other things, through visits of officers of Rosprirodnadzor (its subordinate organisations) to sites of planned or actual operations with the aim of inspecting territories, water areas, buildings, structures, objects, any other facilities, taking samples of water, soil, atmospheric air, production and consumption waste, other things and materials; preparing expert opinion and reasoned opinion.
