The enterprise was set up for the Pyrkakay stockworks deposit development purposes. Pyrkakay stockworks are among the largest tin deposits both domestically and internationally. The deposit is located 85 km away from the town of Pevek and the Port of Pevek of the Northern Sea Route within the Chukotka Autonomous Region.

In March 2021, Territoriya LLC became resident of FPV (Free Port of Vladivostok, a zone with special customs, tax and administrative regulations) in Pevek urban district, the Chukotka Autonomous Region.

Pyrkakay stockworks deposit development.

There are four large stockworks (Pervonachalny, Tsentralny, Krutoy and Nagorny) and three smaller ones (Operyayushchy, Vostochny and Yuzhny), located in close proximity to the Pervonachalny stockwork and covered by the pit together with the same, explored within the Pyrkakay ore cluster.

Deposit reserves:

277.7 thousand tonnes of tin, including 243.4 thousand tonnes of balance reserves;

19.4 thousand tonnes of tungsten (tungsten trioxide), including 16 thousand tonnes of balance reserves.

The associated valuable components recorded in the State Register of Reserves are silver, gold, zinc and copper (291 tonnes; 11.5 tonnes; 134.6 thousand tonnes; 63 thousand tonnes, respectively). The reserves of associated components were calculated for the deposit based on content in the concentrate obtained during process testing.

In September, Rusolovo PJSC and the Chukotka Autonomous Region entered into an agreement for socio-economic cooperation, which provides for the intentions of the parties to develop public road network in the implementation of investment project for the Pyrkakay stockworks deposit development, as well as development and implementation of joint projects, including social ones.

2021 saw sample taking and engineering studies at the Pyrkakay stockworks site. There are plans to commence engineering survey and further production design in the deposit from 2022 onward. Construction works will commence in 2025–26. Design capacity is expected to be reached by 2030.
