Antimonopoly policy

The objectives of Rusolovo PJSC in performing procurement procedures include preventing corruption and other abuses.

The existing mechanism of procurement management, namely, public procurement, including in the e-trading marketplace, and decision-making on supplier selection by the Unified Procurement Committee, allows minimizing risks associated with abuses on the part of suppliers.

Contracts made with suppliers contain a provision about unfailing conformity to requirements and compliance with the principles of applicable anti-corruption laws. Procurement is repeated should cartel agreement between suppliers be suspected.
